Fastexer.com renders the services of an exchange of electronic payment systems units (digital currencies, e-currencies) between different payment systems.
Our order process usually takes 2 - 10 minutes, with a maximum of 30 minutes to complete.
You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to use our services.
You must provide accurate and complete information, including valid identification, as required by law or our policies.
Before each transaction, please take a look at our rate, reserve, and terms and conditions. Otherwise, we will not be responsible if there are any issues related to the transaction.
The services offered by Fastexer are not intended for use and/or are not available in the countries where they are deemed illegal. The User shall be fully responsible for compliance with the local legislation.
No third-party payments will be accepted. If we find out that the funds come from a third party, we will not accept the payment and will immediately reject your order. The total amount of third-party payments will be refunded, less the transaction fees of the e-currency processor.
All users shall be solely responsible for offering valid to complete the registration or to submit the exchange order.
Exchange rates are subject to fluctuation and may change without prior notice.
The rate applied to your transaction will be the rate in effect at the time of the transaction, as displayed or quoted by us.
Rates may include a service fee or margin, which will be disclosed to you before completing the transaction.
Fees for currency exchange services may apply and will be disclosed before you confirm the transaction.
Additional charges, such as bank fees or third-party fees, may apply depending on the payment method or delivery option chosen.
Payment must be made with the exact amount specified in the user's order. If the user remits more or less than the amount stated in the order, we will adjust the user’s order to the exact amount of funds received without prior notification.
Pending orders (orders waiting for the user’s payment) will be automatically deleted after the period specified in the order details
We reserve the right to impose minimum or maximum transaction limits at our discretion.
Transactions exceeding certain amounts may require additional verification or documentation to comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
To comply with anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations, we may require you to provide valid identification and proof of address.
We reserve the right to refuse service if you fail to provide the required documentation or if we suspect fraudulent activity.
Once a transaction is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or reversed unless otherwise stated in these Terms or required by law.

Fastexer.com shall also have a right to refund the Customer's funds without indicating the reason if Fastexer.com has any doubts, including subjective ones.
If the user needs a Refund without any reason, then Fasteger deducts a 5% - 10% charge of your order amount.
We are not responsible for losses arising from exchange rate fluctuations, market conditions, or delays caused by third parties (e.g., banks or payment processors).
We are not liable for any unauthorized transactions resulting from your failure to protect your account or personal information.
You agree not to use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to:
Money laundering or terrorist financing.
Fraudulent or deceptive practices.
Violating any applicable laws or regulations.
